| Message from the Director
Family Tree
As we get older, how do we "give back" to help others have a healthy life and home? If you don't pass on the values that existed before technology took over by providing instruction needed for successful living, then who will? I am an educator, gardener, musician and homemaker and consider myself a lifelong learner. Through Family Tree we help others experience the excitement of alternate forms of teaching and learning outside the conventional classroom. We are also concerned with daily life skill building and a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. I invite you to contact me for a free initial consultation and be part of our family!
Very Sincerely Yours,
Nancy Moral

The Story of Family Tree
Bob and Nancy met at a small home Bible study and fellowship group called Cana Community Church in 1982. Their pastor at that time is a member on Family Tree Ministries' board today. They were involved in education and music ministry to the homeless and those who were incarcerated. They married in 1985. Nancy began a career as a teacher in special education, and Bob ran a local 2nd generation Tree Service business called The Family Tree. They began homeschooling their three children in 1990.
In 1999 they established Family Tree Ministries and Family Tree Private School to continue their calling for evangelism, edification and education supporting families to educate their children in a "Parent Directed Education" or homeschooling model. This term first introduced by Nancy in a Florida senate education sub-committee. Nancy was invited to speak in the early 2000's due to her experience in education; and the term "Parent Directed Education" became widely adopted statewide and nationally to describe the "private homeschooling" model.
Today, Bob and Nancy are joined in their efforts part-time with their son Robert "Noah" who inspires others with all original music and efforts to help the homeless, and their two daughters, Leah and Shaina who contribute in areas of art and media communications as they raise their children in families of their own.
